We rented the whole entire complex brought 25 friends with us, had poolside parties walked back and forth with Jell-O shots from the bull and whistle. The best location you can pick 4 Duval Street entertainment. It was amazing and will always return to Rose Lane villas

Celebrating a friend's birthday that was rescheduled from October 2020. There were 15 of us in 4 rented Villas. We stayed in Villa Aqua and it was perfect! We enjoyed the pool every day and loved the convenience of having a full kitchen to create our own "pool parties". The staff was extremely accommodating with fresh towels upon request, and pool maintenance. Rose Lane Villas are so conveniently located to Duval Street ... you can have a quiet pool day, or you can walk a half block to Fat Tuesdays for a frozen cocktail. We would definitely stay at Rose Villas again!

You know what they say… location is everything! I couldn’t imagine a better location with such great amenities. It was my first time visiting Key West with friends and we were pleasantly surprised at how perfect Rose Lane Villas were. It’s right off of Duvall street, so you have the convenience of stepping out in the crowds and enjoy the food, drinks, people watching, and shopping the Key has to offer. There’s parking, a modern/comfortable rooms, a kitchen (full fridge), and some of the nice smelling toiletries (body wash, shampoo, etc.). Rooms are quiet despite the busy streets. 10/10 I would stay here again.

Brought my California grands here for a few days! Location was fantastic. Accommodations were great! Loved sitting on the front porch at night and loved i could hang on the deck with my dog and keep an eye on the boyscwhen they were in the pool. Will definitely be back with the family!

A lovely location for a vacation. Staff was friendly and consistent. Breakfast was of the fresh fruit and toast variaty. The pool was small but pleasantly secluded. And the rooms were pleasant. No problems with outside noise from the various locations a block away on Duval. Neighbors above us were mostly unheard, except for once when what sounded like a big dog started hopping the furniture. Pet friendly, by the way, and our dogs loved the little porch to relax and sniff at. Only thing worth possible concern is that the property was down a side street, so the view outside the window is not thrilling, but to be honest, if you're sitting in your room looking out the window all day in Key West, your doing it wrong. Can't wait to go back again

We rented 4 of the villas for a friend's 50th birthday and had an amazing time! The villas were all clean and had everything we needed. The concierge was extremely helpful and helped us get dry towels when we needed them. The private pool was a hit with everyone and we probably spent more time pool side than we did in the villas.

Excellent location, so close to duval you can see and hear fat Tuesdays from the porch. Room was nice, spacious and comfortable. There is parking right next to the rooms, although we were not aware of the $20 per night parking fee when we booked our room. Check in is at the other building, which i wish they would have told is about ahead if time, but it was no problem to walk around the block. All in all, nice room, great location!

We stayed for the week of the 4th of July with our kids and dog in Villa Porta. The room was spacious, clean, and we loved that there was a full refrigerator which is hard to find in many other similar places. I believe there is a pull-out couch, but we just brought twin blow up mattresses and there was still plenty of room to move around them at night, even with the dog crate in the room. You won’t be lacking space! We loved the location and ability to walk everywhere. The pool area was wonderful and so relaxing. It does need to be scooped before going in because the trees drop a lot in there, but it was no problem at all for us. It was very quiet for the most part and you almost forget that you are so close to Duval. My only complaint is that we did have a live cockroach on the counter that we were unable to catch. We live in Florida so we definitely understand difficulties with bugs, especially in an old home during rainy season, but I spent the last two days a little less comfortable. Overall, I would absolutely stay again. We just booked a two night stay at Old Town Manor for September. We’re excited to see their other property!
